So my sleep improved tremendously with CBD, but, when I tried CBG+, I realized it could get even better! This is definitely my favorite of all the products.
What I noticed after only using the CBG+ for a couple of days blew me away…it curbed my previously insatiable eating. Improved my sleep. I took CBG to treat a variety of low-grade problems. Even trying to negate placebo effect or self-fulfilling prophecies, I feel very confident that CBG has significantly improved my waking up in the mornings. I wake a few minutes before my alarm goes off (even if I alter my sleep/waking time), and I wake up easily now–almost like a “Ding! I’m awake” feeling. Both of these improvements are VERY rare for me pre-CBG and haven’t happened regularly since college, 20 years ago. I haven’t yet gotten to homeostasis, where I can titrate back down, so if I forget to take it, I don’t have the same awesome awakening. It is clear that when I take it, the next morning is great–even if I didn’t get as much sleep as I should have. (That’s not a recommendation 😉
I take the same dose AM and PM and titrated up from 2 drops each dose to about 15 drops. When I have a severe headache, I take a half dose mid day.
I prefer the cinnamon flavor (most people I’ve offered a taste test to do), but FYI at higher doses, it’s quite spicy under the tongue–almost burns. So I recommend peppermint for above 10 drops.
